Dragonflies is a committee-managed charity Pre-School providing care for children aged 2 years upwards.
The Pre-School is located within the Village Hall, just a short walk from Collingbourne Primary School. As well as pre-school provision, we provide wrap around care for your child/ren (before and after school club) between Monday and Friday (Term Time only).
Children attending Breakfast Club are offered a choice of healthy and nutritious breakfast items such as cereal, toast, crumpets, fruit etc. When it is time, your child/ren are escorted to Collingbourne Primary School by two members of staff. All the children wear high visibility jackets during the walk to school to ensure their safety.
Children attending After School Club are collected from their classrooms at the end of the school day and accompanied to Dragonflies. After School Children are offered a choice healthy snacks such as crackers & cheese, sandwiches, fruit, vegetables etc.
Dragonflies are able to share information to parents from school teachers and vice versa which helps us in building effective strong partnerships with both parents and school teachers.
We offer flexibility when booking in for both Breakfast and After School Clubs. Parents / Carers can either block book required sessions or add sessions weekly / daily (if spaces are available).
